- Refund & Exchange Policy: You can request a refund or an exchange within 7 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, the frame and packaging must be in good condition. Each frame is handcrafted with meticulous care, but if you experience any issues, we’ll make it right. Refunds will be processed after the item is returned and inspected, with a shipping and handling fee deducted from the refund amount.

The frame looks great and sturdy. I just wish it has nose pads but it's great overall.
