Are Miyabi glasses prescription-ready?

Yes, all our frames are designed to be compatible with prescription lenses. We recommend visiting any local optical shop for the installation of your prescription lenses.

How do I know which frame size fits me?

Do you have a physical store?

While we are currently an online-exclusive brand, we are exploring the possibility of offering Miyabi eyewear through physical locations in the future. In the meantime, our online platform allows you to browse our collection from the comfort of your home, and we’re here to assist you every step of the way.

How can I track my order?

Is shipping free?

Yes, we are pleased to offer free shipping for a limited time! Take advantage of this promotion while it lasts.

What is your return and exchange policy?

You can request a refund within 14 days or an exchange within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, the frame and packaging must be in good condition. Each frame is handcrafted with meticulous care, but if you experience any issues, we’ll make it right.

  • Refunds will be processed after the item is returned and inspected. A shipping and handling fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
  • Exchanges are allowed within 15 days, but the customer will shoulder the shipping fee for returning and receiving the new item.
